Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Payments: Once payments are successfully processed via our payment gateway or any other method, they are generally non-refundable. We urge you to thoughtfully select the service, program, or cause you wish to support before making a contribution.
Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails to process, no amount will be deducted. In case of any technical issue where an amount is debited but not reflected on our side, please contact us with the transaction details.
Eligible Refunds: In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved by WeGrow Coach, all eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method/bank account.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations Allowed: Once a payment is successfully made, cancellations are not allowed as the amount is immediately allocated to training programs, community initiatives, or empowerment activities.
In-Kind Contributions: Any in-kind support (materials, resources, etc.) provided will be allocated to the most suitable and deserving beneficiaries.
No Cash Refunds: Please note that cash refunds are strictly prohibited.
